The research conducts the systems analysis of the provision of legal aid during the trials in administrative court, highlights the areas of concern in the statutory regulation and law enforcement practice, determines the prospects for the improvement of the relevant legislation by putting forward the proposals for the solution of problems detected. The paper defines the concept and features of legal aid during the trials in administrative court. Based on the provisions of doctrinal and regulatory sources, types and forms of the legal aid during the trials in administrative courts are characterized in details. The integrated study of the legal aid during the trials in administrative court specified in the professional literature and consolidation of its principles in the legislation is carried out.
