Thesis presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is manifested in the definition of the nature, specificity and mechanism of providing administrative services in the field of taxation and collection, ensuring the complexity of measures in the implementation of international norms in national legislation. The concepts and characteristics of administrative services in the field of taxation and fees are disclosed. The principles and classification of administrative services in the field of tax and levying have been defined, with a view to their generalization and effective application in practice.
