The role of stress and psycho-emotional tension in the development of arterial hypertension has been studied, and a differentiated approach to the prevention and comprehensive treatment of such disorders has been developed. It was found that patients with hypertension of I-II degrees were characterized by a significant change in the ratio of norepinephrine / adrenaline, elevated levels of cortisol and serotonin. Priority is given to the results of supplementing the basic antihypertensive therapy with magnesium and mebicar drugs, which contributed to the positive dynamics of the average daily values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The studied drugs also had a positive effect on heart rate variability. It is proved that the combination of magnesium and mebicar with basic therapy for 4 weeks in patients with hypertension I-II, has a positive effect on emotional state, helps to reduce the degree of psychological stress, which was expressed in reducing depression, alexithymia and anxiety, restoring synergy autonomic regulation and endothelial dysfunction, mediator support of the emotional-vegetative axis, due to normalization of levels of norepinephrine, serotonin and cortisol.
