Essay

The object of research - the process of the alteration of seismic vulnerability of buildings with flat-slab framework system taking into account the irregular wall infill; The aim - a proposed methodology for the visual assessment of the earthquake resistance of buildings in Ukraine, especially those with flat slab frame, taking into account the influence of non-structural wall infill; methods - Determination of physical and mechanical properties of concrete and aerated concrete, testing of elements of filling the joints were carried out according to standard methods in accordance with existing regulatory documents; analysis of the stress-strain state and strength of the examined samples was carried out using the method of correlation of digital images (Digital Image Correlation: DIC) for field studies of dynamic parameters of buildings used non-destructive methods; construction and analysis of non-linear models was carried out using numerical methods; results – it was developed the engineering methodology actual evaluation of seismic resistance of buildings and structures; It was determined the characteristics of work of nonbearing wall filling together with the frame taking into account the deformation joint ; it was further developed the methodology of development of design models of buildings taking into account their actual work at seismic effects; the first level of the system of evaluation of actual seismic resistance by taking into account the influence of bearing fillings; introduced - to educational process of OSABA at the training of specialists and masters, as well as in the design practice of construction organization "Mikromegas", and in the design activity of "Kapitel-M".
