Zalunin M. Prospects for stabilization of the processing industry of Ukraine in the conditions of circular economy development

The dissertation is devoted to systematization of theoretical bases and substantiation of practical recommendations on development of modern directions and strategies of development of processing branch of Ukraine in the conditions of development of circular economy. A conceptual approach to the introduction of a circular economy in Ukraine, which should be based on sustainable development strategies, is proposed. The model of innovative development of the waste management industry for the introduction of a circular economy, which is considered at the micro, macro, meso and mega levels, based on the mechanism of integration into the regional waste management system, is substantiated and proposed. A model of making and coordinating management decisions in the context of the development of a circular economy, which includes seven stages, based on a program-targeted approach. The concept of development of the ecological and economic cycle of the processing industry of Ukraine, based on modern approaches to management, has been developed. A model of a generalized index of ecological and economic development is proposed, which allowed to assess the competitive advantages of the processing industry based on a comparison of sectoral growth rates and the amount of damage caused to the environment. The necessity of reducing the resource dependence of the processing industry on the extractive industry in order to increase the environmental friendliness of products is substantiated.
