Essay

Based on an objective definition of the essence of the organizational culture of the enterprise, the connection with the culture of the organization and its significance for the activities of firms. A model developed an industrial organizational culture enterprise, adequate to the peculiarities of the Ukrainian national economy. Methods offered and implementation of organizational culture model, which applied individually in the transformation of enterprises business, processes. The peculiarities analyzed the perception of changes in the enterprises organizational culture by their employees.
