Bolila N. Economic and management tools for ensuring the anti-crisis potential of construction companies

The dissertation deals with the problem of formation and ensuring the ability of construction companies to counter threats to economic security, as well as solving the problem of improving the tools for assessing their anti-crisis potential. The author studied theoretical approaches to the implementation of crisis management, and identified specific features of maintaining the economic security of construction companies in the short, medium and long term. The anti-crisis potential is considered from the standpoint of a systematic approach as a tool for preventive protection of the construction company, which combines functional subsystems and eliminates threats to economic security. The author systematized the structural components of strategies for increasing the anti-crisis potential at different stages of the life cycle of the construction business, determined the place of anti-crisis potential in the system set of enterprise potentials, and proved the necessity of introduction special models of construction enterprise adaptation to total digital transformation of the economy. The author carried out a study of the economic stability of construction companies at the sectoral level, identified trends in changes in the structure of construction as a macroeconomic sector, the revenue from construction activities, assets and liabilities of various size enterprises. The paper presents theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing the anti-crisis potential of the enterprise and ensuring it in the future, studies the factors influencing the economic security of construction enterprises of Ukraine, as well as analyzes possible methods of its assessment and forecasting. Four sets of primary financial indicators, strategic for anti-crisis diagnostics are substantiated, based on which conditions of efficiency of anti-crisis management are defined Indicators that objectively reflect the anti-crisis potential of the construction company, holistically characterize its financial, production and investment activities are identified, the threshold values of indicators are substantiated, which, if overcome, make further operation of the enterprise impossible. The relationships between them have been studied, and the corresponding integrated indexes have been created based on these indicators. A method for identifying crisis situations of contractors based on a system of indicators of anti-crisis potential and the use of data mining technology "classification tree" has been developed.
