Chepak A. Legal basis for the use and protection of water-covered land for fish farming.

The scientific work is the first in the science of land law of Ukraine comprehensive researching of theoretical and legal and practical problems of the use and protection of water-covered land for fish breeding, in which on the basis of the main provisions of land, environmental and agrarian law the scientific analysis of the concept and content of legal relations regarding the use and protection of water-covered land for fish breeding was carried out, the place of relevant legal prescriptions in the general system of law was determined, as well as the legal analysis of the legal nature of use and protection water-covered land for the purposes of fish farming, and also the legal regime of these sites. The main water conservation measures required for the use of water-covered land and water bodies for fish farming purposes are researched. The rights and obligations of legal entities are classified according to the aquaculture in the direction of legal regulation for fish farming. Suggestions for legislative changes to eliminate gaps and conflicts in the legal regulation of the transfer and use of water bodies and land plots of the water fund were introduced in the context of the complexity of their use.
