Zaichko K. Administration in the Field of Communications in Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of issues related to public administration in the field of telecommunications in Ukraine. The content of the field of telecommunications as an object of public administration is revealed. It has been found out that the field of telecommunications in Ukraine plays an important role in public administration, as it is directly related to the support of the development of socio-economic, defense and foreign economic spheres of the country. On the basis of the study and analysis of the current regulatory framework and scientific sources it is suggested to classify the communications according to the nature of the transmission / receipt of the necessary information to postal and telecommunications. The analysis of modern theoretical ideas about the essence of the concepts of "administration", "public administration", as well as scientific views on public administration in various spheres of society, based on which the author's definition of "public administration in the field of communications in Ukraine" is formulated. Its purpose, main features, tasks and principles are revealed.
