Tolstonosov D. Organizational and legal principles of ensuring public safety by units of the National Guard of Ukraine

The dissertation of an estimation and results of initial fundamental scientific research of theoretical and applied questions of organizational and legal bases of maintenance of public safety by divisions of National guard of Ukraine. The vision of domestic scientists is considered, as a result of which their considerations on the concept and content of public security units, organizational and legal bases of interaction of the National Guard of Ukraine with local governments and the public in the field of public order are summarized. Perspective directions of improvement of legal regulation of maintenance of public safety and an order are defined. The directions of realization and organization of interaction of National Guard units with local self-government bodies and the public are determined, in which the purpose and tasks, separate concepts and aspects of such interaction, its principles, directions on maintenance of a public order and safety are first of all necessary. Theoretical provisions and recommendations on the most promising areas for improving the domestic system of administrative and legal regulation of public safety to ensure public order.
