The dissertation is devoted to the problem as for increasing the effectiveness of treatment of phlegmon of the maxillofacial area and reducing the frequency of postoperative complications based on the usage in the postoperative period of drainage with constant negative reduced pressure by introducing a second antibacterial, regionally oriented lymphotropic agent and the usage of enriched plasma of growth factors. The research is aimed at studying the peculiarities of the inflammatory process during the usage of the proposed approach to treatment and the factors which influence on the course of these processes, improving the methods of postoperative treatment of acute inflammatory processes of the maxillofacial area based on a combination of generally accepted and proposed approaches.
