Essay

Thesis provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in the study of administrative and legal principles of implementation of ethical standards of public service in order to determine areas for improvement. The leading role of the cultural and value component in the formation of the modern model of public service is emphasized. It is established that an important element of the cultural and value component of public service are ethical standards of public service. The author proposes a deontological model of administrative ethics of public service as a basis for optimizing the sources of service law.
