Kanduiev D. Administrative responsibility of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Thesis defines the concept of administrative responsibility of servicemen of Ukraine as a change in the legal status of servicemen, which is carried out by an authorized body (official), in the absence of relations of official subordination between them as a result of application of administrative penalties, or in restricting the rights of servicemen, or in imposing additional obligations for certain administrative offenses in the manner and under the conditions provided by the administrative legislation of Ukraine. The types of administrative penalties used in determining the penalties for servicemen have been established. Article 24 of the Code of Administrative Offenses establishes the following types of administrative penalties in relation to servicemen.
