The dissertation on the basis of the theory of administrative law, current legislation, achievements of public administration presents a new solution to the scientific problem of public administration of prevention and combating domestic violence in Ukraine, presents important scientific results. The boundaries and form the concept of public administration to prevent and combat domestic violence are revealed. The principles of public administration of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence in Ukraine are identified and generalized. The administrative and legal status of public administration entities that take measures to prevent and combat domestic violence is revealed. The normative regulation of the public administration of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence in Ukraine has been clarified. The tools of public administration on prevention and counteraction to domestic violence in Ukraine are formed. Methods of public administration to prevent and combat domestic violence in Ukraine are identified. International and foreign experience of the administration in preventing and combating domestic violence is identified and generalized. Legislation in the field of public administration to prevent and combat domestic violence has been improved.
