In the dissertation on the basis of generalized scientific views, administrative legislation and other regulations, practice of its implementation, theoretical understanding of scientific works, a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem of administrative offenses related to corruption in Ukraine. The genesis of the formation of the legal basis of state policy in the field of preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine is described. The characteristic features of the formation and development of the institution of administrative corruption offenses are revealed. The principles of administrative law in the field of crime prevention related to corruption are described. The place and role of the public in the field of preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine has been clarified. The range of public administration entities in the field of crime prevention related to corruption has been identified. Forms and methods of public administration in the field of crime prevention related to corruption have been clarified. The range of subjects of administrative responsibility for corruption offenses that affect the results of official sports competitions has been identified. The role of courts in preventing corruption-related offenses is described. Specific proposals have been made to improve administrative legislation in the field of crime prevention.
