The dissertation defines the concept of crimes in the field of entrepreneurial activity and develops their system. Crimes in the field of entrepreneurship are socially dangerous acts, the object of which is social relations that arise in the process of independent, initiative, systematic on their own risk of economic activity in order to achieve economic and social results and profit, the procedure of which is determined by economic and civil legislation of Ukraine.
