Thesis work has been devoted to the problematics of the improvement of legal regulation of labor stimulation of State Tax Service employees. Theoretical generalization and new decision of the scientific task, involving definition of the content and particularities of legal regulation of labor stimulation of State Tax Service employees and also appropriate offers and recommendations development on its improvement have been given in the thesis. The characteristics of State Tax Service employees as subjects of labor law has been given. The essence and content of labor stimulation of State Tax Service employees have been established. Types of incentives that can be applied to State Tax Service employees have been found. The essence of unity and differentiation of legal regulation of labor stimulation of State Tax Service employees has been explained.
