Belyakova N. Infrastructural support of the enterprises’ investment and innovation development under the conditions of integration processes .

In the research work, the theoretical generalization is carried out and the complex decision is developed regarding the important scientific problem of the infrastructural support formation of the light industry enterprises investment and innovative development. During the ccategories research on the topic of the dissertation the essential filling of the term «investment and innovation infrastructure" is developed». It combines elements of investment, innovation and infocommunication subsystems into a single system. This allows us to emphasize the importance of information and communication support in the infrastructure environment. Based on the results of the analysis of the foreign and domestic scientists’ researches, the organizational scheme of the innovative territorial cluster of light industry development for Khmelnytsky region has been developed. A scientific and methodological approach to the formation of a system of infrastructural support for investment and innovation development of light industry enterprises with the allocation of components has been developed. The scientific and methodical approach of integrated estimation of levels of infrastructural maintenance of the light industry enterprises investment and innovative development is offered and the system of measures for the infrastructural maintenance development of the investigated enterprises is developed. It is theoretically substantiated that the importance of the tasks to be solved on the topic of the research work presupposes the formation of new concepts of infrastructure formation. The conceptual provisions for promising areas of the infrastructure support system formation for investment and innovation development of light industry enterprises, in conjunction with the macro and macro levels has been developed in the research work. Based on the obtained results, the author's interpretation of investment and innovation development of light industry enterprises has been formed. The scientific and methodological bases of cluster systems construction as tools of infrastructural maintenance improvement of the enterprises of light industry investment and innovative development are improved. They contain new approaches in the tasks implementation of the infrastructure support of investment and innovation activities related to the integration of Ukraine into the world scientific and technical space. The mechanism of cluster systems formation in light industry is improved, the algorithm of the cluster organization creation of a network under the conditions of infrastructural maintenance functioning efficiency increasing and using of the latest infocommunications has been created.
