Potopalskiy S. Administrative and Legal Provision of Educational Activity Quality in Higher Educational Institutions within the System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The author has clarified the concept; and has determined the features of educational activity in higher educational institutions within the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as an object of administrative and legal regulation. Types of educational activity in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been established. The author has provided characteristics of the legal regulation of educational activity in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine; and has clarified the place of administrative and legal norms in this regulation. The content of the system of guaranteeing the quality of educational activity in higher educational institutions within the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has been revealed.
