Object: investment process in the market of IT services. Purpose: to improve the theoretical and methodological and applied principles of state regulation of the investment process in the market of IT services. Methods: analysis and synthesis; statistical and economic analysis and strategic management; main components, expert survey and regression analysis; groupings, abstract-logical analysis; system analysis and design. It is offered: an approach to the methodology of strategic planning of the state policy on the development of the investment process in the market of IT services; methods of identification and analysis of factors of activation and increase of efficiency of investment process in the market of IT services; tactical and methodological approach to determining the system of the most effective forms of attracting investment to the market of IT services; theoretical and methodological basis of state regulation of investment activities.
