Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to increase of efficiency of complex treatment of patients with the generalized periodontitis complicated by partial loss of teeth by direct prosthetics by the offered collapsible fixed designs. During the work, 455 patients were examined, from which 129 patients with generalized periodontitis of 2-3 degrees of development were selected. Clinically sound collapsible design of a direct fixed aesthetic prosthesis, which is made with minimal preparation of the hard tissues of the teeth. Indices of hygiene, bleeding gums, PMA, endurance of periodontium to loads and markers of bone tissue were significantly better in the long term (p <0.05) in patients with the proposed direct prosthetics.
