The dissertation scientifically generalizes theoretical and methodological bases of corporate culture management of telecommunication enterprises and substantiates practical recommendations for improving the corporate culture management of the enterprises in the context ofdigitalization of the modern economy digitalization. In the paper, theoretical approaches to identifying the essence and components of the corporate culture of modern enterprises have been considered. Paradigmatic approaches to the corporate culture management of enterprises, including telecommunication ones, have been disclosed. The influence of national factors on the corporate culture management of telecommunication enterprises has been determined. The analysis of telecommunication enterprises’ activities in Ukraine in the context of digital economy development has been is performed. The components of telecommunication enterprises’ corporate culture have been assessed and its key types have been identified. A methodological approach to diagnosing the level of development of telecommunication enterprises’ corporate culture has been proposed. The developed strategy of proactive management of telecommunications companies takes into account national components of the corporate culture. The directions of increasing the social and economic efficiency of telecommunication enterprises by improving their corporate culture have been substantiated. Based on a two-factor matrix of external focus levels of the enterprise and its management flexibility and discretion, the proposed scientific and methodological approach to determining the strategic types of corporate culture of an enterprise has revealed four types of corporate culture (bureaucratic, clan, market and adhocratic). The performed calculations have showed that the corporate culture type that corresponds to their current strategy most accurately is intrinsic to such large telecommunication enterprises as JSC Kyivstar, JSC PF Ukraine, and JSC Ukrtelecom. Application of the approach may help to justify the direction for corporate culture further development as well as the directions of increasing stability and flexibility within enterprises.
