Sugak A. Administrative and Legal Counteraction to Offenses Committed in the Sphere of Economic Activity

The essence of the concept and types of offenses committed in the field of economic activity as an object of administrative and legal counteraction has been clarified. The types and specific features of law enforcement activity to combat offenses committed in the sphere of economic activity have been determined. The author has provided characteristics of legal regulation of counteracting offenses committed in the sphere of economic activity; the author has also established the place of administrative and legal norms within such regulation. The purpose, principles and directions of administrative and legal counteraction to offenses committed in the sphere of economic activity have been outlined. The author has revealed the content of the administrative and legal status of the subjects of counteraction to offenses committed in the sphere of economic activity in Ukraine. The range of administrative and legal forms and methods of counteracting offenses committed in the sphere of economic activity in Ukraine has been outlined. International experience of counteracting offenses committed in the sphere of economic activity has been generalized and the possibilities of its application in Ukraine have been worked out. The directions for improving the national legislation that regulates counteraction to offenses committed in the sphere of economic activity have been outlined. The author has determined the directions for improving the interaction and coordination between the subjects of counteraction to offenses committed in the sphere of economic activity in Ukraine.
