The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of conceptual, scientific-methodical and applied bases concerning the purpose, content and factor-process basis of the system of evaluation and motivation of the personnel of construction enterprises, taking into account the peculiarities of motivational management for these enterprises. The scientific and applied tools are substantiated, which in a single decision-making cycle on the content of motivational management measures at the construction company provides scientifically sound support to the processes of content regulation, cycle administration and economic-qualimetric multifactor evaluation of motivational measures of the construction company. semantic) criteria and allows to make a decision on maintaining or adjusting the motivational strategy of the construction company at a certain stage (stage) of movement and development of the company as a stakeholder of projects and works. An important scientific and applied advantage of the approach introduced in the work is the ability - in the form of reactive sensitivity maps - a formalized comparison of the results of economic-qualimetric assessment of staff motivation with the results of operating activities and the dynamics of enterprise competitiveness. The results of the development of these maps will allow to adjust the motivational strategy of СE measures, organizational and managerial and analytical tools of motivational management, and, as a result, identify reserves for increasing staff motivation to the guidelines set by management.
