The dissertation deals with the study of measures for the prevention of administrative offences committed by officials of public administration bodies. The scientific basis of the study of measures for the prevention of administrative offences committed by public administration officials is determined. It is formed in the unity of theoretical, historiographical, historical components of understanding the problem. A general analysis of the main types of administrative offences of public administration officials is carried out, the concept of «measures for the prevention of administrative offences committed by officials of public administration bodies» is defined, and the special features of prevention are described. The system and structural characteristics of measures for the prevention of offences committed by officials of public administration bodies are presented; the most important components of this system and its legal provision are analysed. The classification of the subjects of the system of prevention of administrative offences of public administration officials is made; its legal features are distinguished. The peculiarities of the organization and implementation of administrative and legal measures for the prevention of investigated delicts are determined; an in-depth analysis of ways to improve their implementation is elaborated. The ways of increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of administrative and legal measures for the prevention of offences of public administration officials are divided into organizational, methodological and informational, technical and legal, and their analysis is performed.
