The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretico-methodical and applied aspects of crisis management of industrial enterprises based on a reflexive approach.
It is developed theoretical principles of crisis management of industrial enterprises activity. Taking into account the specifics of industrial enterprises and internal as well as external crisis factors, divided by the possibility of managerial influence, the range of existing methodological approaches to the formation of crisis management system of industrial enterprises (system, process, situational, planned, multiagent, adaptive, stakeholder) approach is expanded. It allows for active adaptation to the external environment to improve its parameters by purposefully organizing the reflexive influences on stakeholders, which leads to more predictable behavior. Taking into account the methodological approaches to the formation of the crisis management system, the concept of crisis management of industrial enterprises is improved. It is based on the theory of limited rationality, reflexive management and behavioral economics of subjectivity and incompleteness of information that arises when interacting with stakeholders. The concept allows organizing the process of crisis management in such a way that it leads to raised efficiency of the industrial enterprise by increasing sales through the use of appropriate procedures of reflexive effects.
Scientific and applied provisions of crisis management of industrial enterprises have been developed that in addition to the economic analysis of exogenous and endogenous factors of functioning of the enterprises, the estimations of probability of bankruptcy are based on use of a method of expert interrogation in terms of socio-psychological, reflexive components and taking into account the bilateral interactions of the system "industrial enterprise – stakeholder". To determine the endogenous crisis factors in the work, the evaluation of key performance indicators of the cement industry of Ukraine was carried out as well as an analysis of the financial condition and probability of bankruptcy of the six companies that make up the studied sample.
Considering the interests and levels of influence on the activities of stakeholder industrial enterprises, the use of the Venn diagram is proposed as a key analytical tool for their categorization which allows to systematically identify, classify, aggregate and determine the importance of stakeholders of industrial enterprises for the implementation of reflective influences in the system of crisis management of their activities. It is proved that the key stakeholders in the system of crisis management of industrial enterprises of the cement industry are industrial consumers.
The synthesis of the mechanism of the organization of reflexive influences in the system of crisis management of activity of the industrial enterprises and models of information interaction with key stakeholders – industrial consumers is carried out. To model the reflexive influences in the crisis management system, the main cases in which the crisis of the cement industry with the participation of key stakeholders – industrial consumers. For each of the analyzed cases, a model of reflexive interaction with consumers as key stakeholders was formed: the model "deficit principle", the model "seller and consumer", the model "product advertising".
The information model of crisis management of industrial enterprises on the basis of the reflexive approach based on the functional analysis of their basic systems is improved. It is substantiated that when building an information model of crisis management of industrial enterprises it is advisable to apply the methodology IDEF0, which improves the quality and depth of processing, systematizes information, and reduces the number of management errors.
