The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical principles of the
system and process of management of the economic activity of industrial enterprises for
the manufacture of construction materials and the development of practical
recommendations for their improvement in Ukraine on this basis.
The article defines the essence of the main categories and concepts related to the
process of managing the efficiency of economic activity of industrial enterprises. The
conceptual-categorical apparatus on the subject of research has been specified, which
conditioned its further development. Justified the theoretical approaches to the disclosure
of the economic essence of the management of the efficiency of the industrial enterprise,
according to which a three-dimensional model was proposed, based on the goal setting
and a combination of functional and process factors and personal factors, namely:
management of the pesonal (selection of personnel, organization and evaluation of their
work, stimulation , training and development of personnel), management functions
(planning, forecasting, management, analysis, monitoring, control, adjustment) and
management process (VIR Blennes, adoption, implementation and tracking effects and
adjusting management solutions).
A set of scientific regulations on the management of the effectiveness of the
economic activity of the industrial enterprise at various stages of its life cycle has been
developed and the peculiarities of the influence of institutional changes on the
effectiveness and efficiency of the management of industrial resources, production process
and personnel of the enterprise have been determined, in particular, ways of improving the
management system of an industrial enterprise on the basis of controlling and the main
strategic directions of enterprise development based on the matrix approach to the wiki
using a system of balanced indicators and key performance indicators. The financialeconomic
state of development of industrial enterprises for the production of iron-concrete
constructions of different regions of Ukraine is analyzed and methodological approaches
to the formation of strategic management decisions are based on the construction of a
model of diagnostics of life cycle stages, taking into account the results of the analysis of
the matrix "Profitability - Cost of the enterprise" and evaluation of the status of human
security , material and financial resources, which allowed to determine the main factors of
stimulation of sustainable development of activities and industrial plants producing
concrete structures and ensure their investment attractiveness and competitiveness.
The scientific-practical approaches to the formation of the pyramid of management
have been improved and the four-level cone of management of the efficiency of economic
activity of the industrial enterprise, based on the "wheel" with the extended list of
functions, namely the purpose-setting, planning, organization, management, coordination,
monitoring, analysis, control adjustments and incentives that for each level of
management are either main or additional and provide the effectiveness and effectiveness
of strategic, tactical and operational ratyvnyh making.
The proposals and practical recommendations for improving the management of the
economic activity of industrial enterprises are formulated. The proposed introduction to
the state of the enterprise unit of the controller-coach's post, whose functions include: the
organization of management activities and the coordination of the work of managers of
various levels in the development, adoption and implementation of management decisions
in accordance with the strategic goal of enterprise development; implementation of the
principle of "goal management, evaluation of results" in the management of the
effectiveness on the basis of the systematic use of interrelated elements of a balanced
system of indicators; establishment of effective management vertical and functional
management of the efficiency of industrial enterprises.
