Blok N. Determination of labor migration in Ukraine: administrative and legal aspect

The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of the determination of labor migration of the population in Ukraine. In the dissertation the analysis of determination of labor migration of the population with use of achievements in methodology of law is carried out, the administrative-legal mechanism of regulation of labor migration is defined. The preconditions for the emergence of modern processes of globalization and their impact on the formation of labor migration flows are indicated. The world experience of labor migration regulation is generalized and used within the research. The urgency of the issue of preventing illegal labor migration and eliminating its dangerous manifestations for the Ukrainian state is substantiated. Scientific researches of predecessors on labor migration are considered from new positions. Provisions concerning labor migration and their coverage in administrative law have been developed. On this basis, the ways of improvement in the study and solution of the problems of determination of labor migration in Ukraine have been adjusted. The dissertation has scientific and theoretical significance for the further development of administrative law and other legal sciences in terms of issues related to migration processes.
