The dissertation deals with the conceptual study of administrative and legal guarantees of providing free legal aid by lawyers, outlines the problems in legal regulation and practical application, puts forward the proposals for solving these problems. The stages of historical preconditions of the development of administrative and legal guarantees of free legal aid in the legislation and legal doctrine are determined. The author’s definition of the concept “administrative and legal guarantees of providing free legal aid” is proposed and their specific features are formulated and characterized. The research studies free legal aid as an object of administrative and legal guaranteeing, taking into account the regulations of administrative law doctrine. It pays attention to the entities of administrative and legal guaranteeing of free legal aid, identifies their list and characterizes everyone in details.
