Brahar V. Administrative and legal fundamentals of the functioning of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System in Ukraine

The research has carried out the systems analysis of administrative and legal fundamentals of the functioning of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System in Ukraine, highlighted the vulnerabilities of the legal regulation and law enforcement practice, determined prospects for the improvement of the legislation in the sphere under study as well as put forward the proposals on solving the identified problems. Based on the analysis of dictionaries, reference literature and statutory legislation, the dissertation has defined the concepts and features of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System in Ukraine. The research paper has established the specifics of a legal aid during trials in administrative court and a ground for narrow characteristics of its inherent features. A structure of the regulatory support of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System functioning, which is composed of a range of regulatory legal acts which together form a legal basis of the proper functioning of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System, is characterized in details. Moreover, the thesis has conditionally divided several significant aspects concerning the study of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System functioning in the domestic administrative-legal doctrine and marked a tendency to specialization of the relevant research.
