Object is processes of innovative development management of an enterprise. The purpose is the development theoretical and methodical foundations of innovative development management of an enterprise and providing practical recommendations for their implementation. Methods are general and special: historical and logical, scientific knowledge, comparison, induction, deduction, factor analysis, mathematical modeling, data analysis. The results are realized by deepening the theory and practice of innovative development management of enterprises in the part of implementing an improved management mechanism of innovative management of enterprises using mathematical models of the dynamics of their financial activities based on the level of innovative development. The novelty is to develop of theoretical and methodical foundations of innovative development management of an enterprise and the provision of practical recommendations for improving the management mechanism of innovative development of an enterprise. Introduced in the activity of JSC «Ternopiloblenergo», CJSC «Lvivoblenergo», LLC «FORA S», Department of Architecture, Urban Planning, Housing and Communal Services and Energy Saving of Ternopil Regional State Administration, Ternopil Regional Council, Ternopil National Economic University. The sphere of use is the activity of enterprises in the energy sector of the economy.
