Mozgova A. Administrative legal safeguard of rights and freedoms of citizens in the context of European integration

The dissertation reveals the essence, content, list of human and civil rights and freedoms provided by the provisions of fundamental international legal acts and the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as their role and place in the field of public administration. The definition of the concept of administrative legal protection of human and civil rights and freedoms is formulated, its key tasks, features and functions are clarified. Describes the development and current state of domestic state policy on administrative legal protection of human rights and freedoms. The main directions of administrative legal protection of subjective rights of citizens are highlighted, as well as the powers of central and local executive bodies, local governments in this area are outlined. To reveal the peculiarities and forms of interaction of the public with the authorized subjects of power on the issues of administrative legal protection of human and civil rights and freedoms.
