Essay

The thesis is devoted to substantiation and improvement of theoretical and scientific principles, as well as practical provisions regarding the formation and functioning of the market for liquid biofuels in Ukraine. The research is relevant since the pace of industrial development is increasing, as well as prices for oil products, while fossil fuel reserves are decreasing and the carbon concentration in the atmosphere is going up. Production and use of alternative energy sources or biofuel contributes to the energy independence of a country, favors the development of energy and agricultural sectors at the minimum expenses of governments and societies.
