The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical study of the legal foundations of the use and protection of land of sea transport. The composition of the land of sea transport is analyzed and specified, the characteristic corresponding signs inherent in the land of sea transport are given. The legal status of an artificially created land plot is considered and established, and differentiation by the method of its creation is proposed. Attention is paid to the analysis of the essence and features of the legal forms of land use by sea transport. It is proposed to legally abandon the title of the right to permanent use of land by sea transport, which limits the possibilities of rational exploitation of land plots by its subjects, and the very possibility of having land plots on the right of ownership should be recognized for all persons, including state and municipal enterprises, institutions and organizations. The dissertation provides a comprehensive analysis of legal relations on the use of land of sea transport. The object-subject composition of legal relations on the use of land of sea transport is disclosed.
