Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the forced control system of the low voltage vacuum contactor monostable electromagnet with the help of the electronic system in particular regarding increase of the reliability (failure-free operation) and service life of the device, and also improvement of the designs of the gas distribution valves of launch vehicles in the conditions of the forced modes due to the proved technical solutions and recommendations. The object of research – electromagnetic, thermal stationary and transient processes in the circuits of shunt windings of monostable electromagnets and circuits of the device of forced control of these windings. The subject of research – a device for forced control of a monostable electromagnet of vacuum contactors; monostable solenoid of gas distribution valves of launch vehicles. The electromechanical system of forced control with starting and holding shunt wind-ings for a monostable electromagnet of serial three-pole vacuum contactor KVTn-250/1,14 of Research and Production Enterprise "Electrodynamics" is considered and experimental investigations of processes in it are carried out. An improved semiconductor system of forced control is proposed. The mathematical model of the dynamics of the forced electro-magnetic system of vacuum contactors is improved and investigated. The mathematical model of stationary heating of shunt windings of vacuum contactors is improved and investigated. The mathematical model of forced heating of the shunt winding of the gas distribution valves of launch vehicles is improved and investigated. A prototype of a semiconductor device of forced control for a monostable electromagnet of a vacuum contactor is developed and experimental studies of processes in it are carried out. The results of the dissertation were used in the manufacture of vacuum contactors KVTn-250 / 1,14 Research and Production Enterprise "Electrodynamics" (Kharkov), which were installed developed in NTU "KhPI" novel semiconductor forced control systems for monostable electromagnet; when designing vacuum contactors of average voltages of LLC AVM AMPER (Kremenchuk); in the design of high-speed electromagnets of the armor type with a retractable armature, used in gas distribution valves by the State Enterprise "Design Bureau" South "them. M.K. Yangel ”(Dnipro).
