Rybchenko A. Mechanisms for introducing digital diplomacy by public authorities in the field of foreign relations of Ukraine

The thesis provides a theoretical substantiation of the mechanisms for the introduction of digital diplomacy and provides recommendations on their practical implementation by public authorities in the field of foreign relations of Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the introduction of digital diplomacy mechanisms as a component of the digital governance system are determined, which allowed us to state that the sustainable development of modern society is determined by the rapid growth rate of the introduction of the latest digital technologies. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of public administration science in the field of digital diplomacy was systematized. The author's definition of the term "digital diplomacy" was proposed, which should be understood as a complex multifunctional mechanism for applying the virtual sphere of activity of subjects of formation and implementation of state policy in the field of foreign relations to achieve diplomatic goals by using modern digital tools (social networks, artificial intelligence algorithms, YouTube, telegram channels, mobile applications and services, virtual consulates, digital media and other virtual and network platforms)
