The dissertation research is devoted to the analysis of administrative procedures in the field of construction activity. The paper provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to clarify the nature and features of administrative procedures in the field of construction and give them a meaningful description, as well as to develop appropriate proposals and recommendations for improving administrative legislation. legal bases of realization of administrative procedures in the field of construction activity. The definition is given and the essence and content of construction activity is clarified. The characteristic of legal bases of realization of building activity in Ukraine is given and the place among them of administrative and legal regulation is established. The concept is clarified and the classification of administrative procedures in the field of construction is carried out. The content of permitting and registration procedures in the field of construction activity is revealed. Control and supervision procedures in the field of construction activities are determined. A description of the procedures for conducting proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in the field of construction. The foreign experience in the implementation of administrative procedures in the field of construction activities is summarized and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine are studied. The directions of improvement of the administrative legislation which norms define legal bases of realization of administrative procedures in the field of construction activity are found out.
