The dissertation is an independent completed scientific work devoted to the study of administrative and legal means of protection of private interest. It is noted that building a socially oriented market economy, preventing numerous conflicts depends largely on how well and equitably the interests of individuals, their groups and society as a whole are taken into account and balanced. This research study is specifically about private interests and the administrative and legal protection of these interests. The content of the concept of «private interest» is analyzed in the context of understanding related categories, namely: «public interest» and «conflict of interest». Administrative dissertation is also considered in the dissertation as a means of administrative and legal protection of private interest.
