Horbatiuk L. «Formation and efficiency of investments in grain production of agricultural enterprises»

This thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for the formation and increase of the economic efficiency of investments in grain production of agricultural enterprises. The essence of economic concepts is determined: «investment», «investment», «investment process», «investment project», «investment activity», «investment resources», «investor», «investment efficiency». Revealed, the relationship of investment with the movement of capital (basic, human and land). The main classification features of investments were identified by: nationality, the object of investment, the form of ownership of investors, the form of implementation of investments, sources of financing, reproduced focus, territorial location, period of implementation, level of investment risk, supplemented by the criteria for the direction of investments, namely: in the growth of the main and circulating capital, human capital development, preservation and enhancement of land capital.
