Petriv I. Improving the mechanisms for implementing state policy in the system of authorities of constitutional jurisdiction.

Object of research: public administration in the field of reforming public authorities. Purpose: substantiation of ways to improve the mechanism of state policy implementation in the system of authorities of constitutional jurisdiction and development of a theoretical model of organizational and legal mechanism of state policy implementation in the system of authorities of constitutional jurisdiction. Methods: system-structural, institutional analysis and synthesis, dialectical determinism, historical-typological method, historical-comparative, political science method, complex approach, system approach, socio-cultural and adaptive-civilizational approaches. Results: solved the scientific task of substantiation and development of proposals aimed at improving the mechanism of implementation of state policy in the system of authorities of constitutional jurisdiction. Novelty: the theoretical model of the organizational and legal mechanism of realization of the state policy in system of authorities of constitutional jurisdiction is developed; improved the conceptual and categorical apparatus of improving the mechanisms of implementation of state policy on the body of constitutional jurisdiction by clarifying the essence of the concept of "state body of constitutional jurisdiction"; periodization of the development of bodies of constitutional jurisdiction on the basis of generalization of scientific views and a set of normative legal acts; systematization of functions of bodies of constitutional jurisdiction and established; ways to improve the activities of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine as a basis for ensuring the functioning of the modern Ukrainian state received further development: theoretical and methodological principles of improving the mechanisms of state policy in the system of authorities of constitutional jurisdiction by defining the essence and content of the principles of achieving and ensuring fair and effective constitutional justice as the main features of a legal and democratic state; approaches to constitutional control that differ from the existing ones aimed at restoring constitutionality, and in some cases - to establish the facts of violation of the constitution, the constitutional oath, the commission of serious crimes by senior government officials; conceptual and categorical apparatus of research and it is determined that, constitutional justice should be determined through the prism of its functional characteristics; theoretical and methodological approaches to improving the mechanisms of implementation of state policy in the system of authorities of constitutional jurisdiction on the basis of European experience.
