The interaction of the notary with the executive branch as one of the directions of realization of law enforcement function of the State has been investigated. The legal bases for the notary’s implementation of law enforcement function of the State and the place of administrative and legal regulation among them have been outlined. The directions of interaction of the notary with the executive branch concerning the realization of law enforcement function of the State as well as its tasks and functions have been highlighted. The administrative and legal status of the notary as the subject of realization of law enforcement function of the State has been determined. The peculiarities of administrative and legal relations concerning the interaction of the notary with the executive branch in the sphere of realization of law enforcement function of the State have been revealed. The forms and the methods of interaction of the notary with the executive branch in the sphere of realization of law enforcement function of the State have been analyzed. The perspective foreign experience of interaction of the notary with the executive branch has been generalized. The proposals to improve the administrative legislation that regulates the peculiarities of the notary’s interaction with the executive branch in the sphere of realization of law enforcement function of the State have been made.
