Krupiei V. Investigation of safety-related incidents or operation of transport vehicles by persons driving the vehicles

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of legal, theoretical and organizational and tactical principles of forensic investigation of investigation of safety-related incidents or operation of transport vehicles by persons driving the vehicles in view of the regulations of the current criminal procedure legislation. The description of safety-related incidents or operation of transport vehicles by persons driving the vehicles is given, and the structure of forensic characteristics is developed, in particular the methods, situation, trace picture, typology of offenders and victims are outlined. Problematic aspects of detection and initiation of pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings on safety-related incidents or operation of transport vehicles by persons driving the vehicles are investigated. Typical investigative situations and main directions of investigation are singled out. The peculiarities of tactical and forensic support of investigative (search) actions during the investigation of such criminal offenses are revealed; the forms of use of special knowledge under such conditions are analyzed.
