The purpose of the dissertation is to develop and substantiate the theoretical and methodological and applied principles of innovative development of agro-industrial enterprises in terms of digitalization of the economy. The model of functioning of the digital platform which is given through set of software and hardware, providing of innovations of digitalization in technology, technics and management of industrial processes of economic activity of agro-industrial enterprises, rules and norms of their use, and also algorithm of behavior and interaction of stakeholders of innovative development is developed.
