Kosynskyi V. Administrative and legal ensuring of security of critical infrastructure in Ukraine.

The thesis deals with analysis of the existing scientific approaches, the legislation of Ukraine and practice of its realization for the purpose of definition of theoretical bases, the mechanism and features of administrative and legal maintenance of safety of a critical infrastructure in Ukraine, and also outline of ways of its improvement. The paper emphasizes the importance of critical infrastructure of Ukraine as a priority object of administrative and legal protection aimed at meeting the needs of the population in vital services (energy, transportation, water supply, food supply, etc.) and resources, prevention and / or prevention or cessation of illegal actions (or acts of unauthorized intervention) at the relevant facilities, as well as the creation of conditions for the rapid restoration of critical infrastructure in the event of threats, crises, etc.
