Thesis conducts a comprehensive scientific study of the essence of the protection of socio-economic human rights in administrative proceedings, identified problematic aspects of their settlement, formulated proposals for improving existing legislation in this area and the practice of its application. The essence of socio-economic human rights as a subject of administrative dispute is determined. The normative-legal bases of ensuring the protection of social and economic human rights have been established. The essence of the concept and features of public-law disputes in the field of socio-economic human rights is clarified.
