Khymynets O. Administrative and legal protection of intellectual property rights in the process of innovative educational activities

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of features of administrative and legal protection of the intellectual property right in the field of educational and scientific and pedagogical innovative activity. Modern educational and scientific-pedagogical innovative activity in higher and secondary school and objects of intellectual product, which are created at the same time, are characterized. The analysis of intellectual property rights in the field of education as an object of administrative and legal protection is carried out, its main tasks, principles and legal bases are characterized. The specifics of intellectual property rights in the field of educational and scientific-pedagogical innovative activity, forms and methods of this protection are determined. The priority directions of development of administrative and legal regulation of protection of the intellectual property right in the sphere of educational and scientific and pedagogical innovative activity in higher and secondary school are formulated. Specific proposals and recommendations for improving the legislation of Ukraine related to these issues are offered.
