Kolinko N. Management of innovative activity of enterprises

The enterprises’ innovative activity managing process is the research object. The theoretical and applied principles of ID enterprise’s effective management formation and development is the research subject. The thesis goal is defined as following: to develop theoretical theses and methodological and applied recommendations for the improvement and development of enterprises’ innovative activity management. Research methods: comparative analysis, systematization, and generalization, grouping, expert evaluation and empirical research, statistical analysis, structural and logical analysis, mathematical and statistical analysis, econometric modelling, graphical method, analysis, and synthesis. For the first time a model of formation and development of innovative activity effective management has been proposed; the classification of tools types (types of power, methods of influence and style) of enterprises’ innovative activity management, the theses on models of tools choice formation of innovative activity management, the system of evaluation of enterprises’ innovative activity management efficiency, based on the evaluation of partial indicators belonging to the three key components of management, (personal, professional management and professional production and technological) have been improved; the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of innovation management as well as theoretical and applied principles of the system of enterprises’ innovative activity management formation, the application of approach based on the vector orientation of innovative activity management determining, the comprehensive system of generalized recommendations for effective enterprises’ innovative activity management formation and development have been developed. The research results have been used by the Truskavets City Council; Drohobych District State Administration, as well as in the activities of industrial enterprises. The state and local authorities, enterprises are the scope of use of author’s proposals.
