The dissertatton presents a new so1ution to the scientific problem оf managing the potentia1 оf innovative and technological devetopment оf оil and fat enterprises by substantiating the theoretical and methodological principles and providing practical recommendations for the use of an active strategy for managing the potential of innovative and technological development of oil and fat enterprise the essence of which is the need to ensure active continuous development and a high level of potential for innovation and technological development of the enterprise, regardless of the phase of its life cycle and the variability of the environment with: resources, potential, and existing competitive advantages; modeling of the development in two basic time dimensions - the present and the future; rapid response of the enterprise to external and internal changes by implementing in the activities of the enterprise appropriate innovation and technological solutions, the intensity of innovation, qualitative and quantitative changes in the components of activity and components of the potential of the enterprise; multiplication of the result of the enterprise due to the innovative effect. The conceptual apparatus of management of innovative and technological development of enterprises is analyzed and specified, in particular the content of concepts "potential of innovative and technological development of the enterprise", "management of potential of innovative and technological development of the enterprise". In order to assess the effectiveness of the active strategy for managing the potential of innovation and technological development of the oil and fat industry, an improved comprehensive evaluation system has been developed, which should be based on the following principles: fat industry; the identification scale determines the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the strategy for managing the potential of innovative and technological development of enterprises in the oil and fat industry; each interval of the identification scale corresponds to the main recommendations for improving the principles of managing the potential of innovation and technological development of the enterprise. The principles of strategic management of innovative activity and potential of innovative and technological development of oil and fat industry enterprises are formed and substantiated, on which the concept of active strategy of potential management of innovative and technological development of oil and fat industry enterprise is realized: priorities of innovative activity; management flexibility; balance; systematicity; integration; development of the potential of innovative and technological development of the enterprise; risk management; completeness and reliability of information; production and technological cooperation. Scientific and practical recommendations for improving the principles of managing the potential of innovative and technological development of the enterprise of oil and fat industry enterprises, which can be used by their owners and managers in the process of adjusting the strategy, programs, business plans and tools for managing the potential of innovative and technological development of the enterprise.
