The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal mechanism of state protection of judges and law enforcement officers. The state and directions of development of scientific thought concerning the administrative and legal mechanism of state protection of judges and law enforcement officers are revealed. Approaches to determining the essence of the administrative and legal mechanism of state protection of judges and law enforcement officers by determining it through the prism of different legal categories are outlined.
