Khomutianskyi V. Administrative and legal counteraction to violations of customs rules

A theoretical synthesis is carried out and a new solution to the scientific task of establishing meaningful features and ways to improve administrative and legal counteraction to violations of customs rules, based on the results of a critical analysis of scientific approaches, the current legislation of Ukraine and the modern state of implementation of international standards of customs activity, law enforcement practice is proposed in the dissertation. The concept is justified, the structure and classification of violations of customs rules are determined, the essence of administrative and legal counteraction to violations of customs rules is revealed, the principles and forms of administrative and legal counteraction to violations of customs rules are highlighted, their content is disclosed.
